Bored by the lack of crime in Quietville lately, Jimmy's vampire dog, Abby, has chewed up his mother's entire shoe collection, and so his parents have insisted in enrolling Abby in obedience training, and the longer it goes on the more "normal" (and boring) she becomes--but when mysterious things start happening to Jimmy's lacrosse team, he and his friends (the Crimebiters) realize they need to get Abby back to her crime fighting ways. Jimmy's superhero crime fighting vampire dog is slowly becoming just like every other dog. She doesn't even sneak out at night anymore! At the same time Jimmy's friends are realizing that there's just not very much crime to fight in their tiny town. When Jimmy joins the lacrosse team and mysterious things start happening on and off the field, the Crimebiters realize that Abby better get back to her crime fighting ways, and fast! (less)
