When an experiment goes terribly wrong, Ben and his friends team up with Paradox, the time-traveling hero; The Forever Knights need Ben's help to capture a dangerous dragon that has escaped, but when he learns the dragon's real identity, Ben has to use his brain to find a peaceful solution; A team of young Plumbers mistakes Ben and his crew for evil aliens and kidnaps Kevin and it will be up to Ben and Gwen to find them; Kevin tries to recover the missing daughter of an Incursian Emperor and stop him from blowing up Earth and Ben jumps in as Alien X, but has to gain control of his new powers before the deadly Conquest Ray destroys his world.
